Where do you ship from?

UK.

What Shipping methods do you offer?

Within the UK for heavier orders a courier called APC will be used and for smaller orders a courier called Whistl.
For international orders we generaly use DHL

How quicky do you deliver?

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 days. The shipping times will depend on what country you reside in.

How much will the shipping charge be?

Shipping is calculated by destination, and the total order weight. If you add the items you wish to purchase to the cart and then click the shipping destination to the right on the cart page and the site will advise the shipping cost. 

Tracking?

Within the UK orders that the weight is under 1kg are not tracked and orders over 1kg will be.
For international orders up to 500grams we use DHL Packet Plus which is fully tracked.

Dangerous Goods Act

Some products such as Pure Essential oils, Organic essentail oils or products which contains alcohol such as Aroma Mists or Perfumesare are classed as dangerious goods and can only be delivered by road only which depending on your location may impact the delivery time.

Import Duties and Taxes?

Orders shipped outside the UK may need to pay an import charge and/ or Tax based on the order value of your order. If so you will be contacted by your local courier before delivery with a request of payment.
